The Aliadiare thing, Frank Lampard inconsistency, constant pandering to the the Big 4, the shoddy state of the game at grass roots level, the fact that there are few English schoolboys who can pass the ball (and that goes double for the full side). They are the guardians of the world's most popular sport in the country that invented the fucking game. Could we not do a bit better?
