Who is the new scapgoat?

With Benty abdicating the post, who should be the new scape goat?

  • Hossam Ghally; Yeah, we remember the shirt throwing and forget the goal against the Chavs.

  • Darren Bent; he's still expensive and not stylish enough when he scores.

its got to be Gareth Bale, the White Witch of Wales. I hope he doesn't think he's fooling anyone with what appears t be the breaking of his jinx. We still haven't won a game in english competition where he's played, have we?

Your number's up Gar

We're winning, so its nobody at the moment. When we lose again it will be the usual suspects Jenas, Zokora and Bent. Dawson when he plays and possibly Gomes if he doesn't calm down a bit. Oh and forgot Ekotto too.

Bostock. Just a coincidence that we scored no more goals after he came on? I think not.

got to agree here.

Juande never got the best from Hutton. Hutton is not an out-and-out defender but one that likes going forward. He is not a Gary Neville who stays back for the majority of the game.

The thing with Hutton is that to use him at his best when going forward the team need to cover the gaps he will leave behind. This is the job of the DM or a CB.

As a defender he is not ULTRA-QUICK, he has a decent pace but he is both brave when he gets stuck in and is a grafter, his tackles are generally well timed and clean.

He goes about his game quietly and effectively.

I'm hoping Harry can get the whole defence to work as a unit. Then we may see the best of Hutton.

I do think he is a class act and we have not seen him blossom in a Spurs shirt yet.

Did Random get the best from anyone?

It's gotta be Ghaly no?

With no other player from that region in the world it's gotta be Ghaly. Taraabt probably could share a little bit of the blame. Nowt quite like a bit of good old fashioned xenophobia. We could also blame Mido I know he's left but still no harm in making sure.

BAE - who has played well
Dawson- because our fans are retarded
Gomes - because our fans believe the press
Zokora- because he isn't very good.

O'hara won't get booed, cos despite him being average, he tries hard and's English... our fans would much rather boo a greatly superior player (ala Ghaly) who's foreign!

Neither of our fullbacks covered themselves in glory last night... Rest of the team was solid tho! Thudd, Zoks and Bent being the standouts

It'll be JJ IMO. It's only a matter of time. The plus side of his injury is that he hasn't been able to underperform in our last two matches (after his decent efforts against the Goons) to confirm his inconsistency. Question is, will he get back in the team?

(Coincidently i sit in the East lower) I must admit that i said to my dad at various points in the game that he hadnt done much lately and like youve said, his crossing wasnt on par to what we would normally expect by a long way. His crosses rarely had any height on them and i cant recall him clearing the first man on any occasion.

He did push forward well though and overlapped on numerous occasions with Modric and Lennon but his final ball always let him down.
