I watched the second half again and they weren't on top at all. They brought on Prodl and Nyom and put nine men behind the ball. They didn't threaten us once from open play in the last 35 that I can remember and only caused us problems from set plays. I actually didn't think we did too bad in the second half as it was always going to be difficult when a team puts nine behind the ball. And im glad we gave them a bit of hard tackling back It was a studs high tackle from Ake for the red card and poor Tom Carrol with a bloody nose from Ighalo. Goes to show we can put in a tackle these days and won't be bullied and I am glad they know it.

I get that it's horrible being ignored but you don't choose your rivals - it has to be organic based on a genuine grudge (ielocal rivalry or both challenging for the same honours). Watford don't really tick the first box and they will never tick the second.

Wow. Fans of small clubs are really bitter. When we've been shit and lost to utd or something I've been upset, but I've never thought they were our rivals. Even if we were to win the league this year we would still not be at the same level as Chelsea, city, utd or the scum. Finishing above pool for 5 of the last 6 years doesn't make us bigger than them.

Watford need too calm down and enjoy their time in the prem while it lasts instead of being bitter.
