Gooners keep on telling me that I think we’re going to win the league despite my offering no opinion on the matter at all. Anyone else getting this experience?
They probably just want to shift the Bottler name as quickly as possible.

Trouble is even if we did win the title I'm not sure we would fully celebrate right away. Especially if it's by less than 3 point because we will anticipate the decision to replay the Liverpool game. It would take some time for us to fully accept having won the title. I'm not sure we will accept being in a title race all season. Not even the most optimistic fan will believe we can do it.

We’ll just have to win it by more than 3 points then.

He's actually pretty complimentary of us quite regularly. I don't actually mind him now but agree the first time I saw/heard him, I thought he was a twit twoo 🦉
I kind of figured he's just a massive slag and will side with whatever team or story will increase his social media followings and 'likes'. By going all out on pgmol and the Liverpool VAR decision is like a pot of gold for him. Scousers and gooners alike, now love his 'work'.

If he says anything good about Spurs you can bet you bottom dollar he's got an ulterior motive...

Opposition fans don't get it.

My expectation every season is don't get relegated - that's it.

Everything else is a bonus. They says we're the banter club; I cannot be bantered when it comes to Tottenham.

Just to be clear, I don't think that Leicester's team were all juiced up to the eyeballs, just feel I need to make that clear now that I've been made aware that people read these strings of shapes I keep putting up...
They also had the benefit of different rules back then. I remember Huth and Morgan routinely dragging players to the ground in the penalty area without consequence.

Yup. As is the Spurs way, the authorities essentially admitted they’d fucked this up by telling refs to administer the laws properly the following season.

Ødegaard is a good player, but imo he's overhyped because of his child prodigy status. He also does fuck all for the national team.
I don’t agree. I think he’s an outstanding player.

Hard to pick between him and Maddison, though the stats would suggest our own #10 makes more telling contributions where it matters!

I think he’s a very good player but I also think he’s a bit of a wuss.
Reminds me a bit of Eriksen in that respect - avoids tackling, disappears when it gets a bit rough etc.

It looks to me like Maddison quite likes those type of matches though and almost rises to the occasion, which for me, makes him the better player.

I’m certain the members of RAWK just sit there winding themselves up believing everyone and everything is against them, the negativity breeds in that place.

It’s a weird and fragile fanbase and I know this could be said for almost every fanbase but zero self awareness.

I would bet a very large majority of RAWK actually believe they are victims of match fixing and are the only team that bad calls go against.

Didn't realise they were 8 points clear with 6 left thought it was like 10 games

Epic fail
IIRC they were 8 points clear but City had a game in hand at that point. Still an impressive bottle job whatever way you look at it. Unless you're a gooner in which case it wasn't because they hadn't been favourites at the start of the season. Or something.

I think Odegaard is absolutely class, their joint best player with Saka for me. But I absolutely love players like him, Maddison, KDB, Eriksen in his prime for us etc etc, they make football a joy to watch.
