I get the Scousers are unhappy with what happened. However, they are fuelling hatred which has resulted in Udogie being racially abused, probably by their own fans. It wouldn't also surprise me if some fans of other clubs have also jumped on.
Apparantly a lot of the vile racist stuff came from IG accounts outts of Asia!

Not all Spurs related, but this is whats happening currently.

It might be but we've won 1 league title in 33 years. Premier League corruption (that started with Alex Ferguson) is a part of that. We should be on 4 or 5, even allowing for our own failings in that time.
It's adversity stemming from corruption, incompetence or whatever you want to call it, that's costing us titles in this shithole of a league.

Tell you what, sounds like we wanna rematch

Need to demand a replay, or at least restart the game from 1-0 to us.
That's the only acceptable resolution.

Tone was spot on. A bit softer than what we all want to say but we weren’t going to get anywhere just shouting about it.
Club have clearly spoken to lawyers and seemingly seems to be avenues to pursue this further.
Looks like we’re going toe to toe.

Bring it on

At the end of the day, we scored a perfectly good goal, it was taken off us and subsequently we lost the game in the last 20 seconds. Makes a mockery of the game.
They should be prosecuted. Honestly, this level of incompetence and corruption now has to be scrutinised. This little gang of officials are a vicious old boys club

See a lot of Spurs fans saying these things even themselves out during the season.
Genuinely can't imagine what it feels like to win a game where the referee has clearly got you the result through several completely incorrect decisions. I imagine for most teams it's something you remember quite well and helps you deal with it when you are on the receiving end. Or for Man U you end up at the stage where you feel like it's your entitlement.

Absolutely bonkers seeing the decisions that lot are up in arms about, I was expecting to see daylight robbery when Arsenal beat them. Instead it was a close offside call and a 'foul' that could have gone either way. Would possibly pay to see them get our officiating for a game just to witness the unholy meltdown that would follow.

They conceded 2 gaols to 10 men. Why do they deserve anything?

Can we please just play Spurs at home next game. I want to fucking ROLL them.

Spurs are not the problem. It’s Man City/ Abu Dhabi we need to worry about. I still say give spurs the 3 points and give us one point for the goal we should have been awarded.

fuck off after getting countless vitriolic texts off my Spurs supporting mates and extended family i want to crush their little skulls in the palm of my hand, man city can wait
edit: realise this situation doesn't apply to most people in the greater merseyside area but if you've got family/friends from London then you know. believe me when I say Spurs fans are the fucking wooorrrrrst mate

If you think all of this is just ‘incompetence’ at this point then I’m sorry but you are an idiot or just insanely naive.
Some will be incompetence of course, we can never know which are, but to think all of this boils down poor decisions is just trolling.
Such incompetence that the guy can go to the effort to stop the game and go through replays until providing a freeze frame of the tackle on Jones instead of any full angles of the whole incident, but when it comes to a simple offside he decides, or the assistant var, to not bother checking for “reasons”, and complete the check with zero intervention.
It’s can be as simple as a hatred or bias, the same for other teams at times too, but either way this boys club needs disbanding and something else out in place.

In general we suffer from bias against us a lot because a lot of the officials are from Manchester and don't like us, but they still have to at least pay lip service to impartiality.
Yesterday's match went way beyond that.
You could compare it a bit to the Brentford game at home last season. Taylor is a Manc but he tries not to blatant in our games at least. However, after the fans booed the anthem before the match, it seemed clear he decided he was giving us nothing that day. It was embarrassing as they got free kick every single time they went down. They were time wasting all game and got away with it. Ali took less time on a goal kick and then got booked.
Then there was Newcastle away where we scored two perfectly good goals (last season). Kavanagh the Manc on VAR spent 5 minutes poring over the goals to see if he could rule them out. He couldn't, so they at least stood.
The ref and VAR had decided they were giving us nothing from the get-go yesterday.

I think systematic bias is a better description than conspiracy.
The refs are largely liverpool hating mancs, and thats all there is to it
This problem is much older than the oil money

If I was playing in that game, I would have lost my head and two-footed the referee. Our players were composed beyond what can even be expected. They saw all the mad decisions just like us.
Jota’s yellow wasn’t even a foul. He wasn’t even near him. That must get in your head.

"They should be prosecuted"

Beggars belief that anyone above the age of ten could write this.

Every club has bad luck and good luck. I don’t see what’s so hard to understand and come to grips with here, unless Liverpool feel they are somehow above the bad luck bit. Shit evens out over the season, that’s why you get 38 matches. Honestly, this has done nothing but solidify my belief that Liverpool fans (and really Klopp et al) are probably the most entitled club top to bottom in the Premier League.
Agree mate, I think the real agenda from the club is to create such a stink that the refs will now probably award any contentious decision in LFC benefit..... The clubs just like the fans! They're all entitled to benefits...

Imagine the reaction if we got offered a replay but refused. It would be so funny.

"So let me get this straight, you think we should replay the game in the name of sporting integrity. Let me think about it. I'll let you know..."

Went back on to see if they had calmed down at all...

  • What grates me is why does it always have to be us?
  • All people are interested in is 'fuck off scousers'
  • Steve Nicol saying this happens to everyone and Liverpool should move on. Sure, when they release the audio. Also, why is it taking so long to release the audio?
Another ultra thick ex player. Seriously, this lot fucking sicken me. Totally incapable of dealing with nuance and context
  • What's taking so long? Is the VAR still at the pub so they can't doctor the audio before sending it?
  • We should join the ESL, make it happen and collapse the PL. I fucking hate this league.
  • They don't want to be exposed for the obvious cheating corrupt bastards that they are. Probably transferring the money to the Cayman Islands accounts first.
They're bent, there is corruption going on here, 3 fucking days and the audio is still being withheld, it stinks.
  • Why all the 'move on' shite from the media fuckwits?
The club have asked for some audio footage, they're not calling for the return of capital punishment. If Webb and his boys have got nothing to hide they've sure got a funny way of proving it.
  • Did anyone notice that James Maddison had become a total **** almost overnight?
  • In an unlikely event that the ref are proven to be corrupted, any chance that the FA or PL give us 3 points? Both us and Spurs get 3 points.
  • anybody seen redmen tv? there were 9 'incidents' that went against us on saturday. i missed ( probably because i was bouncing around like a gorilla that has lost its banana swearing at Hooper) the Szoboszlai being fouled but winning the ball back immediately and then winning a corner only for Hooper to pull it back for a free kick to US just inside our half. I also didnt notice Romero taking his shirt off when Matip scored his own goal, and not getting a yellow as he went into the crowd unlike Elliott the other week. theres loads that have been forgotten or missed due to the big incidents..as the Redmen tv guys say it looks like a match fixing game from a movie
  • Did they ever release anything concrete about why Saka's offside goal stood when Arsenal beat us 3-2 last season?

At the time they said it was a rare technical error (i.e. another one only ever to happen to Liverpool), and apparently hawkeye couldn't see where Saka was on the pitch because he stepped into the bermuda triangle or something.

Guess who the VAR was on that occasion. Yep, Darren England. He also adjudged in that game Gabriels arm wasn't in an unnatural position. Despite it being head height and away from his body. Arsenal then won the game after Thiago was harshly adjudged to have given away a penalty at the end.
  • I'm actually angrier now than i was on Saturday. There is zero doubt the fix was in for this game. The Gomez incident alone taken in isolation proves that something very very fishy was up.

They don't seem to realise that their ex-players are saying to "move on" because they realise what a complete tits their whinging makes them look and just reinforces the whinging scouse stereotype - it's a PR disaster really, and the fans just won't let it go!

It's strange that something so salty should taste so sweet! :ROFLMAO:

No point releasing the audio. They will just say its edited when it doesnt show them being screwed. They're a special breed this lot. Like why do they even need it? The game is done, a decision went against them and then they conceded 2 goals and lost. Stop gaslighting, the world isn't against you.

This is just it.
It's like flat earthers or any other conspiracy theorists. When presented with irrefutable evidence they just simply ignore it.
It's a mindset that once you're in, you're very unlikely to ever snap out of it.

What we actually hate is horrible sanctimonious dirty fucking Cockwombles like you who are so far up there own arses that they not only bring the name of LFC down, they bring the name of football fans down.

Makes my fucking piss boil !!!!!!
