what do people think about people that are not members at present like me having any chance of getting tickets for the games at wembly.. my son keeps saying we should go we should go.

should we rejoin ?
That's a tricky one really. We've never had a capacity like this before. I'll be surprised though if we sell out every match so i'm fairly sure some games will go on general sale. I guess we will know more by the first match.

Judging by the reaction it looks like everyone is going to be sitting in the top tier :cautious:

I'm in the same boat - if we get Barca or Real Madrid, my son will desperately want to go.
Not going to pay a membership fee just for that, especially if we don't end up facing either.
I would imagine, with a 90,000 capacity, we can easily end up putting 20,000 on general sale, if not more.
The question will be how they go about it. I would guess it will be strictly those who have an active Client Reference, with a purchase in last 2 seasons.

Hmmm, I hope we are away on match day one, I get married on the 12th September and I'm not not looking forward to the conversation about me going to Wembley next day....

Although we don't go away until the Thursday so in theory I don't think I would be doing anything wrong.

Bloody hell, she's got your whole undivided attention for the WHOLE day and your worried she won't like you going to Spurs the day after????? How much Spurs time does she realistically expect you to give up???? I would put my foot down now as it sounds like it's getting out of hand ;)
Women just expect too much nowadays

You're right I think. I don't want to start the marriage off on the wrong footing, so I will insist I go to the footie.

I think that's probably best.

OMG my wife has only set the divorce hearing for the same day as our champions league final....

Do I watch us beat Barca to lift the trophy and she gets the house and my car, or turn up at court and maybe get half.....

Trust me, you won't get anywhere near half if your wife has the same **** of a solicitor as mine did.

How will this work for non members? Will the package also be available?

Me and my younger brother have a membership, but my dad and brother don't. If I can't purchase them a package when I do, I'd be happy to wait and see if it goes on general sale, to guarantee we are all together, but there's been no indication that I know of that this will happen.

No package available for non-members - they can only buy tickets for individual games, if available, at an as-yet unspecified price point.

Does anybody know roughly when any left over tickets would go on general sale? Is there normally a set time before a game it happens? When is the cl groups stage draw?

I've only ever got on at normal price once in the 15-20 times I've seen us at Wembley (due to the fact I've never been a season ticket holder because of work commitments). This is fantastic, and already have uncles, nephews etc that will go to the games, plus 4 sons that go most weeks. I can't wait and hope we get Barcelona in the group stage, get them out of the way early on I reckon!
Planning days off around the days and it'll be fantastic.
