Not bothered... Moyes has a had a cracking month and to a degree, points aside, i think he possibly deserves it more, maybe Clark too.
I am personally satisfied with how things are going and would like to see more of that before we start with the over-hyping... happy to play underdogs a little longer in the media's eye, in fact them just talking about someone else for a bit would do us good.
I know it's a curse and everybody will say we don't care, lining up for a fall etc. (though after the rubbish written about him it would be nice for AVB to rub the press' noses in it) but purely the decision - as said above it always goes to the manager with the most points, unless there's a tie.
I know a few people said Moyers but, given our August position, the higher points taken, the press onslaught, the first win at OT in 23 years, I really think AVB was a shoe in and am mystified !
Again, needless to say it's a kiss of death that we can happily do without but seems very, very odd
Seems they've stopped given the awards for august month,
due to few games I assume.
So most likely they consider the august games when it comes to the september award.
Maybe Steve Clarke deserved it more than Moyes and AVB?
