Since Adebayor went to Real on loan, they haven't had to lay any "hard cash" on the table, thus saving them some cash. Which is why I think they haven't pushed forward with Llorente.
We have been in contact with him, his club and his agent and a fee has been put forward to them. It isn't a straight out £20M fee, but after appearences etc then it would take it up to £20M.
My source seems to think they will snatch our hands off.
