Surprising that Eriksen is out. That said, he's played a lot recently so maybe a good thing he's given a bit more of a rest.

Felt for him when he welled up about talking England and loved seeing that goal against that team in the 91 semi, especially with Wrighty next to him .

Such a shame how it all panned out for him. Always felt he was teetering on the edge of greatness or the edge of disaster. Love Gazza, behind Hoddle, he was my next best Spur!

He played the whole 90 on Thursday so maybe its a case of just freshening it up more. Townsend didn't play the whole game and has played significantly less lately.

Lots of unexpectedly wayward passes from Eriksen against Fiorentina, probably just feeling a little fatigued and needs a bit more time to recover completely.

After Kane there's next to zero goal threat in that side, that's a concern with Chadli and Eriksen on the bench.
