We have been poor in every game against mid and lower table opposition. Pochetinho needs to fix this it it will destroy our season. Squad needs to be strengthened on January as some players not feeling the pressure of losing there place for average performances.

Nothing to do with his head. Thats how he plays. He doesn't have good ball control and technique and always loses the ball, but it becomes more obvious when he is played in a deeper position
