How does that work? I thought they would only do VAR when both games could use it. Since the first match didn't it doesn't make sense that they can in this one.

That was only for the 2 legs of the league cup with City vs Bristol. Technically this is a separate game to the first

Honestly don't think we should start anyone who's starting Saturday. We have enough players not to.

I think Toby, Winks, Rose and all the other first team regulars that are returning from injury or need match sharpness, must start so they are in better shape for Saturday.
