Would make a lot of sense to have a promising HG left back in the pipeline if we ultimately need to move on from Sess.

That’s three youth players in the last day we’ve been heavily linked with. Hopefully this is the start of building some more robust foundations of the academy/development teams, getting a HG stream of players coming through.
Jude Soonsup-Bell, Jobe Bellingham and now Nathan Small. Is this the launch of Paratici’s system he put in place last summer, Steinsson, Scoulding, Davies etc.

Looks good for Ryan Mason, who I firmly believe is what ENIC see as the successor to Conte
There is no way ENIC are lining up Ryan Mason to take over full time from Conte. They're shit at football decisions but not that shit

Ryan recently got his UEFA Pro. He's not some numpty. He might not be proven but he hasn't really had a chance. I'm not suggesting him as our next coach but let's not sh*t on the guy.

Thierry Small, Jude Soonsup-Bell, Jobe Bellingham...

Paratici is forming a Madame Tussaud's youth academy. Maybe we'll hire them out for birthday parties?

Also, Small would not be a Porro alternative. Porro is a right wing back and Small is a versatile, left sided defender. If we bring in Small it would be as a rotation option with Udogie and Davies.

Rotation option? More like someone who gets to sit on the bench for a couple of years.

David Pleat said back in the summer that we were looking at increasing our number of under 21/23 players. So this must be the start of it.

I'm deffo not shitting on the guy or even saying he's incapable. But do you honestly think there wouldn't be riots if we decided against managers like poch or tuchel and decided to give it to an unproven Ryan Mason full time

Exactly, he has had a good education in the last few years where he has learnt from 2 elite managers in Jose and Conte. He should know how to organise a team defensively and with his understanding of what a lot of Spurs fans want, maybe he can add his own creativity for forward play.

There is no doubt at some point in the future, he will get a caretaker gig and if he does well, he may get it permanently.
