Do we think Markanday is now ahead of shashoua or it’s just giving people a chance ?
Have been very impressed with him he can play fullback but he is better as a CB or in a back three,he is very strong and has pace but he is very good on the ball as well and I am hoping the club keep him.Not familiar with Okedina. Could someone give me a bit of info on him please.
armando? they play different positions, also markanday starts pretty much every game so not sure what you mean by giving others a chance.
Are they not similar both creative tricky players that can play in the 3 behind a striker ?
We’re certainly blessed with an abundance of CB.

Thats ridiculous, players in the same team will do the same conditioning training.Physical isn't just strength or speed though, is it?
It's the ability to cover a lot of ground and do it game after game after game after game and stay mentally strong.
It's conditioning. I'm wondering if that's where a couple of our young talents have, so far, fallen short, where as Winks and Skipp have excelled. Onomah and Edwards can still do it but they NEED to graft off the pitch.
Great physical conditioning helps all game concentration and coupled with great technique it's absolutely essential now. I think it's underestimated.
Funnily enough it's probably the main reason that, say, Milner has been a much better player since he passed 30. He's clearly worked on it.

You've mentioned Winks and Skipp as their currently in the 1st team, playing in positions where we're currently short due to injuries. Both their roles in the team are to sit and link play by keeping the ball moving. Winks is ahead of Onomah due to tactical and positional discipline, if Onomah was with us he would be ahead of Skipp in the squad, nothing to do with fitness or conditioning.
We've haven't seen Edwards have a run of games with the 1st team so mentioning him when he plays a completely different role to the other 3, higher up the pitch, in tighter areas and with much more short sprints is baffling to me.
Milner is playing in a team style that suits him. I wonder if you would've mentioned him if he was still at Man City, where he wasn't a regular?
Having been booked already Carre committed a terrible challenge on Markanday to receive a straight red. There was no advantage to Spurs as the wideman had to go off reducing Spurs to ten men as well. Markanday has been one of the most consistent players and his loss will be a big relief for Arsenal in the upcoming FA Youth Cup match.
I like that this u18 team is able to get the job done no matter who starts, example of that today they had Binks and Clarke on the bench.damn, that's disappointing if that's the case. thankfully, even without him and patterson we've still got good options though. i'm guessing we'll line-up with white, shashoua and maghoma cm, richards rw, bennett lw and parrott up top. the 5th round draw was made the other day by the way, if we beat arsenal then we'll be at home to qpr or west brom.
His son.I see we had a Tainio in the team. Any relation to Teemu?
He’s not registered for the PL squad this season. No-one’s going to loan or buy a striker who hasn’t kicked a ball for 18 months.Starting to think we might be hoping to give janssen another chance ? Would they really be bothering playing him in these games if he was being sold. Plus with Son going it’s another option.
