"Very happy to hear that" because him and Brown I rate very highly and firmly believe that they both have a chance of becoming back up to Rose.

This is also why I would not be bothered if we did not buy the Sessegnon Lad from Fulham who I have seen home and away last season and even though he is very good going forward defensively he is not as good as Brown or Tsaroulla.

Out of Brown and Tsaroulla I prefer Brown but Tsaroulla has the consistency you need to be a top player both have a chance of getting past Ben Davies in the near future.
For me, Tsaroulla is a lot better than Brown (not a Brown fan, personally). I think Tsaroulla - like KWP - is well-suited to a Pochettino team. I'd love to see them both get a glimpse of first team action later this season.

Do you know why Walkes seems to be ahead of KWP in the pecking order, Windy? Is it perhaps an indication that Pochettino and his staff don't quite rate him as highly as you and others around here?

i've always preferred tsaroulla too but it's way too early to be thinking about 1st team football. if ogilvie moves on in jan then hopefully tsaroulla can step up and do just as well for the u23s.

I assume it's only due to physique or the fact that he's more of a defensive ultility player in that he can cover DM, CB, FB, whereas KWP could cover at either FB position or possibly on the wing.

I'm talking about travelling with squads, training with the first team, maybe a bench place if we get a good cup tie - nothing more at this point, he has a long way to go.

Do you have any knowledge on how highly Pochettino rates him compared to the likes of Winks, Onomah, CCV, even Edwards etc? His absence from the pre-season tour and any senior squads seems to suggest that he's not as regarded as highly as some of the other guys.

I don't - sorry! I'd love to know myself.

Remember when I said there

On the subject of Spurs players & Palace Oteh makes it three ex-Spurs in their youth system. Oteh, Kirby & Peynado-Peart.

Well, there are actually another couple that I forgot. Randall Williams was a schoolboy with us & former U18 goalkeeper Billy Granger is part of their U23 squad. Quite the collection.

Walker-Peters, Ogilvie and Amos were a class above throughout. Not sure what this level of football does for them anymore.

On this note, I'm told Pochettino is now ready to allow Walker-Peters, Harrison and Amos to go on loan in January.

He previously didn’t want potential first team players picking bad habits while under a different coach in the Football League.

Wonder if it will be to a Championship side. Obviously would want a team that plays in a similar fashion to us. Haven't really kept my eye on it this season so hard to say. Would have said Bournemouth and Brentford in seasons past under Howe and Warburton. How are Norwich doing under Alex Neil? Also read Montanier was quite youth orientated at Forest - made reference to the club's academy when he joined.

From what I have seen, Bristol City are looking for a new right back...there must be a side crying out for a striker and utility midfielder!

montanier is a very good shout at forest but they already have a young attacking Rb on loan from benfica, forest would be a good place for the others and next year.

i'd look at a place like burton since they use 3 at the back and wingbacks in there system, preston is also playing Alex Baptiste at Rb Kwp would surely be a big improvement. But i'd even send him to a league one side just as long as he's getting game time and being made to defend.

Bournemouth would be a dream for KWP barring he jumped right in. But that is highly unlikely with them hunting this season and could find themselves further up the pitch then they were last year. Then again maybe Howe will love what threat KWP brings to the fold.

He wouldn't play ahead of Adam Smith at Bournemouth.

10 of the hottest young prospects in English football to watch out for in 2017

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/10-hottest-young-prospects-english-9494389

KWP gets a slot on the list (with a mention for TOB too) - surprisingly there is no Edwards.

Others more knowledgeable on youth footy, how do some of the talents on the list compare with our more talked about players?

i can't claim to have seen all of the them but this seems to be a bit of an "alternate" list bigging up those that don't necessarily get as much attention, apart from sancho who would make most lists of this kind and nelson who would get a few mentions too.

As BG said its kind of alternate. In that it hasn't necessarily picked the best, but its picked arguably the most likely. Chapman is a very good player who is getting game time but he wouldn't be the first choice for most in that age group. However, at this stage in their career selections for the national squad stop looking at raw talent and go for experience.

Similarly George Hirst is starting to get game time at Wedensday after appearing for England last season so he is likely to make a breaktthrough. Know nothign of teh Reading or Sunderland players but similarly if they are good they are likely to start making appearances and whip up hype.

Not a massive fan of Green, though havent' seen him much relcently, however playing at Villa he has a great chane to breakthrough. Gilmour stood out in the Victory Shield he was their standout in all 3 games I watched however at 15 I can't see him getting chances for Rangers in 2017.

Sancho, Domingos, Nelson and KWP are all really big talents. Domingos chose to go West Ham from Chelsea he will instantly become the best player in their academy. I think he made a couple of early appearnces this year. Kemp is benefitting from the same move, so it's liekly Domingos could be given more opportunties.

KWP as wel know is a big talent I assume the authour has seen KWP, knows Poch has this reputation for giving youth a chance, and logically assumed KWP would get chances this year. Sancho and Nelson are unlikely to breakthrough this year, however Guardiola has already put Foden on the bench so Sancho could follow suit but I don't expect either to get a breakthrough until a season at least, what when Arsenal also have Wollock
