New Manager, Clean Slate.

Change of style, different formation.

I feel there is always a player on the brink of oblivion that get's revived by the new boss.

Please select who you think is most likely to surprise us all from the choices above.

I think Winks, Dier and Dele will all do better than many expect this season if they stick around.

Not sure why Lo Celso is on there

Voted Stevie Bergwijn after mourinho got him to do the defensive work of 3 forwards last year

I would like to see 6 out of that list gone but that highly doubt that happens in this window.
Not sure why GLC or Moura are in that list plus Ndombele was pretty damn good until the latter part of the season. I am banking on Stevie performing alot better this season, finally showing his true quality.

Lo Celso is a nailed on starter for me. Can see squad roles for Dier, Bergwiyn and Winks. See no place for Doherty and see Davies, Sanchez, Moura and Sissoko all sold for much needed upgrades. Aurier for me is a keep unless we get high quality replacement for Doherty. No idea what to do with Dele, he is a fish out of water in the midfield, might work upfront in a 4-3-3 as a variation option but not a starter and chances of selling slim.

I think Gio’s big issue since he joined has been injuries. When he is fit and he plays he’s been okay, but he never got a consistent run of games.
I don’t there’s “redemption” needed for him, just better luck on the fitness front.

Lucas shouldn’t be on the list

If he stays, with a determination to prove a point, and Nuno’s system
allows him to move the ball forwards instead of sideways/backwards, then I think Winks is the one who will prove doubters wrong.

Ndombele is able to do things with the the ball that just amazes me sometimes. I think he will do that more often.

I think Doherty is the most obvious candidate. He was excellent under Nuno, and I wouldn't be surprised if he reached that level of performance again.

I don't see how even Nuno can save him if he continues playing a back 4 most games

I voted on more hope than logic.

I think Lo Celso is the clear frontrunner to finally get the best out of him should he avoid injury. Like others have said I hope Ndombele has a brilliant season, however pre-season has not helped the prospect of that but I think it's important to judge on the season as there can be various reasons for all manner of things in pre-season so I'll withhold judgement until we're in the season.

I think dele is working extremely hard and I hope we find a way to get the best out of him. I think if Bergwijn sticks about he will have a positive season. I think Doherty will benefit if we play a back 3 as it will be well balanced.

Lastly I think Moura will threaten to be having a positive season for a few games and then normal service will be resumed. Infact I'd bank on that happening two times this season.

Bergy has started to turn around. He's even scored a goal.

Dele is also playing like the Dele from from about 3 years ago.

It's Dele for me, as I think Moura is coming out of a better season than most give him credit for so doesn't really require redemption

My Problem with Dele Alli is simple,
he isn't a creative player to be playing AM/No.10
he isn't a tactically disciplined player to be playing CM
he isnt better than Son to be playing LW

Despite what the media says, N'Dombele didn't replace Kane, Son did!

Alli was great when on that left side with a free role, he has been poor since Son cemented that left spot

I think he could work as a false 9 but he needs coaching and Harry Kane is taking that spot at the moment

Lo Celso and Ndombele, have the ability to be massive players for us

Lo Celso and Bergwijn are most likely for me.

Lo Celso I really like. Great player, but injuries have really hampered his progress.

Bergwijn just needs to find his confidence and his shooting boots.

Gio to find his Mojo.

Bergwijn to also shine, if not consistently week in week out, but enough to suggest he was worth persevering with.

Gio shouldn't be on there. He needs a run without injuries, then I think he'll shine. I think Winks might prove a few of the doubters wrong, especially if we have a decent CB pairing that keep him disciplined defensively.
