It depends entirely on what the threshold for deciding on PPG is.

Premier League clubs have signed off on using a points-per-game system if the season is ended early by the coronavirus pandemic. The plans for curtailment were agreed at the last shareholders meeting but were formally voted in on Tuesday, the PA news agency understands. A threshold of how much of the season needs to be played has yet to be agreed.

In March we play the 27th, 28th and 29th round of the season, but in my opinion as long as we get further than halfway before it's halted it should be decided on PPG.
Not sure on that. After the 29th round we’ll have played all of the other ‘big 6 sides’ both home and away. Man Utd and Manchester City will each have one such fixture remaining. Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal will each have two. Imagine if we are winning the league, or maybe just inside the top 4, by 2 points ahead of one of those teams at that point but having played an extra game and a PPG decision has to come in. Where is the fairness in that?

I look at the money Chelsea spent and think they are trying for a fantasy team, but no real idea.

Then united look a rabble.

My last point on those 2 clubs are their managers. Compare them to Jose.

The league is wide open this year if we can find consistancy along with a solid defence we could win this league.

Bein Sports (probably not that reliable...) report that VVD has torn his ACL and is out for 7-8 months.

Great results today! It’s time to put on our big boy pants and put a run together.

If VVD is out for 7/8 months, that'll cost them 12-15 points because Gomez and Matip are not that good

At least... They conceded 7 against Aston fuckin Villa with Virgil playing... :ROFLMAO:

No chance they get a trophy this season without VVD.

Praying they’ve tied up Allegri instead of Poch for when the inevitable happens to OGS.

Nah it’s nailed on that they will go for Poch, hope he thinks better of it as I think he’d struggle there just like every other manager. OGS Is clearly out of his depth, but the main problem at United is the structure of the club and their sense of entitlement.

Up to second if we win tomorrow, albeit for a few hours.
seems odd because it feels the start of the season hasn’t been amazing for us
