Yes, but most of those posts are by you.
As far as I can see none of them are by me, there are more recent ones by me reminding people of how poor seatbooker was, but if you look at the earliest results from when we still used seatbooker none of them are by me and as far as I can see they are all negative.
There is obviously a reason why seatbooker lost every single major sports club that they had as a client, because their system was so poor. If you want to go back to the days of sale times being delayed, having to send faxes for refunds for tickets you bought but were never allocated or racking up huge phone bills from contacting the ticket office because the site was unavailable then write to the club, but I don't think you'll find much support from the people who actually remember how infuriating the system was.
I for one am glad we're shot of ticketmaster and their awful seatbooker system, I know the current one isn't perfect and the ticket office can be a pain in the arse, but it's a damn sight better than it was when we had that pile of crap. This was actually one of the times when the club listened to the fans, eventually, although they gave some excuse about it being because of unsold single seats due to people being able to select their seats, although maybe there is some truth in that as they have again dropped seat selection this season.
I suspect as long as Spurs carry on selling out pretty much every game they're not going to worry about the ticketing system, they still get their money, so why spend money revamping the ticketing software when it's not going to bring in any extra revenue?
