Holy shit. That was out of control.

Garret will be done but I wonder if he'll argue that Rudolph was trying to rip HIS helmet off first?

Then Pouncey kicking Garret while he was on the ground? Blimey,...
Rudolph’s actions were very wrong and he let his emotions get the best of him BUT he was hammered to the ground WELL after the ball was thrown. Not sure what Garrett was thinking there he compounded it by nailing Rudolph in the head with his own helmet. Then again, im not sure what the hell has been going through his mind all season. Not the first incident this season with him.

Garrett should get a long suspension. He was very lucky part of the helmet that hit rudolph was the softest part.

2 concussions and a flying helmet shot. Amazing start to the new XFL
People already convinced themselves that Rudolph must be racist too, never change America

Browns clearly wanted a slobberknocker, since when has Damarious Randall every been that kind of player? Tinder box waiting to go off.

Rudolph isn't an angel in all of this, Pouncey should see some time on the sidelines as well.

Garrett ... Maybe just needs a time out until the end of the season.

Side story - Josina Anderson put her foot in it with an ill timed tweet directly after the incident then deleted said tweet - ESPN and all that, I know, but fuck a duck the politics in the NFL right now - we haven't even gotten to Kaeps weekend workout.

Just got to watch the whole shebang.....and if he ain't banned for the rest of the season and ALL of next season, at the very least, then the NFL is gonna suffer!
There are a couple of other players looking at longtime bans as well by the look of it.
Fucking awful behaviour....

I'd argue a lifetime ban should be dished out. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Quite a few of them deserve lengthy bans for the actions they displayed in that game, horrible scenes.

What did she say?

Some other fucking schmuck from ESPN said the Browns celebrated it right when it happened but you know damn well that was because the didnt see the fucking thing. ESPN employs some of the dumbest people. They laid off the good ones and seemingly kept the idiots.

If we’re going to go by precedent where past actions come into play, he should get 12+ games and be barred from participating in team activities until after(which takes him into next regular season). Of course, this being the NFL, im expecting rest of the season(and post season.

Pouncey will get 3-5 games, IMO.

The deleted tweet said " I bet Myles Garrett will say he heard Mason Rudolph call him something egregious. Never seen Garrett act like that, ever"

She took some pelters for it.

She deleted it within moments of hitting the send button.

Meanwhile Garrett has had plenty of previous this season including 'punching' Delanie Walker earlier this season (he got fined) and so on.

Garrett isn't the first to do something so fucking stupid - but the insinuation in that tweet is ridiculous considering the hit that Rudolph took to light the old blue touch paper. Rudolph is not going to come out of this looking too good either - so many pictures of him (looks like) landing a kick to Garrett's groin among other things & Pouncy as well - hell of a finish to a Thursday Night football game.

“Never seen Garrett act like that” She’s never seen a Browns game this season.

The only way he gets that long is if they get the feeling that less would cause trouble from players, I’m expecting 4 or 5 tbh. Then again Pouncey will probably need to get 2 games so he’s not at the rematch.
I can’t believe there’s people who think Rudolph slightly ott reaction to the late hit is anywhere close to as bad or deserving of assault with a helmet

TBF to Garrett he got attacked on the street and didn't react. So he has been erratic all season but who on the browns hasn't lol

It does look like as he was getting up Randolph tried to kick him in the groin and then pull his helmet

I did find one tweet funny, well two, someone said if he had done that to a woman, he would be playing next week.

Someone replied "well that's not true he would get a 4 match suspension after the video came out" lol

Suspensions given out already. Both Steelers and Browns fined. Garrett suspended indefinitely(a minimum of end of season and post season - so really 6 games minimum as Browns likely wont make the playoffs). Has to meet with Goodell in order to be reinstated. Pouncey suspended 3 games.
