I fell in Love with Poch, he worked wonders with our team, I thank him for it.
But ultimately my first Love is Tottenham Hotspur, it’s time to say goodbye so Poch and Tottenham can prosper on new and different paths.
Thank you and goodbye Mauricio, it’s been emotional!!!

I’m thinking about the current situation at the club and my personal view is we have all seen a crap load of manager turnaround in the last few decades at our club. Unless the wage structure and transfer policy changes I do not see how anyone can take us to the next level.

I’m not sure how you all feel but I’d rather finish outside the top 6 and have a cup run and have a go at the league title without Europe next season and all of that with poch in charge

So many fans calling for pochs head . I don’t see in the long run much change if we do that . Only in the short term will we see changes in my opinion
The recruitment is poor and short sighted how do we turn down Tielemans and Maddison rumour has it Poch decided to pass on both players who were extremely affordable. I compare Poch to Pep who really has no favoritism you dont produce you come off. That's not the case under Poch

Funny how many people have been blaming all this on the so called 'want away players'. Well they aren't there today, and we look just as bad if not worse.
They don’t want to play for him, and has zero clue what to do

Lose to West Ham and I may start wishing for Redknapp to come in and steady the ship. What the hell has happened to bring it to this point? :banghead:

It says something when some fans are calling for a guy who 12 months ago was eating shit in a jungle.
What a fucking mess.

It’s time to make a change. We’ve given him 3 months and he’s got no clue which players to pick, how to set them up, and which subs are necessary.

He’s not getting any reaction from the players motivation wise.

We need a big time rebuild and I don’t trust him one iota to pick the right players to bring in with who he’s turned down in the past and who he’s picked to bring in.

We’re in the middle of a relegation scrap.

Biggest worry is; how many times will we have to have this conversation? Should have been out after Bayern, and we've now played several more games and only beaten Serbian farmers. Get someone else in please, the players can't be this bad.

Im seriously concerned that if Leicester beat the scum that'll be Emery's lot...and we all know how that story will end.

My guess there is four reasons why he still has a job.

1) Cost of sacking him. Are we praying OGS gets sacked first?
2) He deserves a shot at turning things around based on what he has done for the club.
3) We are not in a hurry - this season is gone anyway - as long as there is no risk of getting relegated ending up 13th with Pochettino or 9th with someone else doesn´t change things all that much.
4) Who takes over? This squad is not Allegri-friendly. Would he even take the job? I think Blanc could work, but not all that many obvious alternatives available at this point - should be more come summer.
