There is going to be a massive change over with a lot of players leaving and coming in before next season. What seems gone for now can be regained with seeding out the bad eggs and replacing them with young hungry players

I agree but the problem is we're heading for way down the league.

If he can't address that he won't be able to oversee a rebuild.

Football is results orientated full stop. This can't continue.

But would any new manger we could get do any better straight away? We might even be in for a Sherwood type short term manager till the end of the season ?

So, valyid basically implying Poch will get his marching orders end of week, eh? Or is that supposition and conjecture?

And if that is the case... why end of week?

If this turns out to be true, then Levy got some splaining to do. As it looks hamfisted and impulsive to suddenly make this decision even though he just had a long international break, which would’ve been the logical time to make a move. If u were on the fence and waiting to see the result of the Watford game, that doesn’t seem all that planful. If he was already this close two weeks ago, the Watford result shouldn’t have made a difference. After all Levy is supposed to be the man with the plan. But if he does sack Poch this week he looks like the man without a clue.

Ironically Poch did pretty much everything that was discussed on SC
- changed the formation. then again and again - getting worse
- dropped CE, brought him back, dropped again - no change
- tried Sanchez, dropped him, tried again - getting worse
- played KWP, was unhappy then switched to Aurier - no improvement

Can someone explain me what exactly Allegri could do with our current team, teach Winks how to pass fwd ? Sissoko how to strike on target?

This isnt Football Manager. It isn't enough to push a button that says 3-5-2, the players have to know what to do in the system. It's pretty clear they don't.

So I just learnt that our defenders gave the ball away 91 times against Watford, that can't be right surely?

It is. Toby's giveaways mainly came from long balls (which is understandable) but the rest is comical and undefendable.

And who is responsible for that? Manager/Head Coach has all week to work on systems, but clearly that’s not going well.
