So now Traore isn't necessarily looking a strong possibility...

If that is who Conte wants, and is very affordable, I'm absolutely lost for words...

I agree but I would wait to see how the week pans out. He won't sign a new contract and according to decent enough sources he won't cost a fortune so it's always a possibility still you would think.

Maybe see if things pick up if Bergwijn gets his move to Ajax.

Nandez, who fits rwb cdm and cm is maybe the obvious choice given his club are open to him leaving.

I'm surprised so many are are comfortable with Traore... Its still the round peg square hole you've spent so long complaining about.

We need someone who is comfortable out wide, very quick and can dribble the ball and carry it upfield as well as threaten opposition defenders.

I don’t think Nandez is the answer at all. Would be another poor signing that doesn’t suit what we need.

I'm absolutely fine with us not spaffing 20-odd million on Traore but there's still a clear need for a specialist attacking RWB.

Wonder who we've got in mind if not him?

I think that's missing the point entirely.

It's all dependent on how much Conte wants him.

I’ve just about got enough long term memory to rememebr a cheeky Nandez joke in a previous window, but not enough short term to remember if there been any ITK about him in this?

Only really had talk of Traore or Lamptey. Doubt it would be either of those. Would love that Damian rb at Atalanta. Would get to feeder club levels if we buy from them again though!

Yeah I don’t get it either, but if Conte wants him then…
