Rory winning on his first start of the year. Rahm has won in 3 of his last 4 starts. Ryder Cup team shaping up nicely.

Nice for Rory to win and beat Reed by a solitary shot after all the hulabaloo earlier in the week

In the meantime I thought this was funny.

Decent start by Bale and Bramlett at Pebble. Played the toughest of the courses (Spyglass Hill) at a better ball of 7 under (Bale improving on the pros score by 3, assuming 2 of them on the holes he received a stroke mind you)

Reed did so well to identify his ball up that palm tree on 17, especially when the footage showed that it went into a different tree...! Leopard, spots and all that! ;)

Are there any forum rules against me posting a link to a golf-related Macmillan Cancer Research event i am participating in?

I don't want to post something i shouldn't....

Cancer can get in the 🗑️

This year I’m raising money for MacMillan Cancer Research by playing 4 rounds of golf in one day. This may sound like a walk in the park (pun intended), but 4 rounds of golf is equal to around 20 miles of walking. We will start at 04:30 in the morning and won’t be finished until last light at around 20:30.

I know times are hard at the moment but if you can give anything at all, no matter how small, it will be of immense help.

Thanks in advance and here’s to happy golfing and sore legs!

Click on the link below and you’ll see a ‘donate’ option. 👍🏻

Can't at the moment but come Masters week when this thread will come alive I'll be in a slightly better place and donate what I can. Great cause.

Absolutely stunning views from the 1st at Trevose in Cornwall. What a fantastic set up, championship course (handicap cert required), headland 9 hole course which has 3’s, 4’s and a 5 and a smaller short course.
Highly recommended if you are down this neck of the woods!
I'm playing there tomorrow PM and it ain't gonna be looking as bright as that!
40mph winds forecast too...😲 could be carnage.
Shot 90 there last time, I'll be chuffed to get near that!
