Christ - good luck tactically analyzing the last two matches. Where does one start..?Tonight we're recording a new regular (ish) podcast - TFC, but a more analytical/tactical version. It'll hopefully be out every 4-6 weeks if it goes well.

One thing i'd love to get your views on next time (as I haven't heard it spoken about by main media outlets) is the impact and more importantly knock on effect of moving Dier into defence.
While yes, he can do a job back there and Wanyama can also do a good job as CDM we're desperately missing the chemistry that Dier & Dembele had last season. Not just by allowing our full backs to push forward but freeing up Eriksen, Alli & Lamella to play more positive runs.
Personally I feel Dier is/was one of our most influential players last season and made us tick. By moving him back we're sacrificing a 9/10 performance for two 7.5/10 performances.
Quite enjoyed the tactic podcast, interesting hearing the talk about Moses and Pedro and of course they both ended up scoring.
Also read the analysis blog from Ricardo Tavares which was a good read, shows that we're missing Toby for more than his defensive qualities.
@WindyCOYS Really enjoyed it. As mentioned above it would be great to have the views on the Dier Dilemma.
Wanyama is really good but the teams dynamic has changed since Dier has been dropped.
Was the FAYC match promoted on it?
Hey! Just to let you know that we recorded The Extra Inch #2 last night (with Ewan Roberts, who was excellent) and we used your question/comments for a whole section. Hopefully it'll come out okay and you'll find what we had to say of interest...Loved it and great flow between the three of you
