Why would city loan us a player (and presumably pay nearly £200k of his wages) who would try his hardest to get one over on his employers who he has a serious grief with OR from our point of view, wouldn't even be here anyway.

I think the ValYid is just making reference to either the Spurs panic session (wheelbarrows included!), or one of our previous deadline links (Lloriente) or quite simply (and most probably) just making fun of the nonsense that is transfer deadline day

Yes but you can't loan more than 1 player from a fellow Prem team, so IF we wanted another City reject on Loan, then we would need to sign Ade on a perm deal now rather than in the summer.
But its tenuous and I don't see any truth in us signing Tevez.
The only possibility of it remotely happening is that we have played City and lost, but are yet to play united and they could do with us doing them a favour, so I guess there is a 0.05% chance.
