I don't recall an occasion in my time as a member or 2 years as a lurker where JJ has been wrong, of course something could have happened this afternoon, but if JJ says something then its as good as gospel

He is the best of them but not always right, mainly though he is spot on. Ajax fanzone site is reporting fdb is leaving Ajax. Doesn't say where though, could be us, could be anyone.

Yeah - I don't think anyone is necessarily wrong in these situations, just that most of them are so fluid that things change in a moments notice. When we get ITK, it is the best information that person has at that moment.

All he said was he was shown around new training complex I think nothing more no ?? Jj is without doubt , right 99% of time .. Only itk we have..obvious ... This other lad who on other site saying he was ...but is now... I could same thing about players we signing this summer ... He obviously never comes out with anything specific ever , it's just all hearsay and what most of know anyway or is it just me lol !!?

I have to say that the fact that poch has premier league experience is the determining factor between him and FDb. FDb may be great, but is a huge risk as premier league experience is a vital factor.

I've been here for almost 10 years now (SC birthday this September).
Everybody can get it wrong! Doesn't mean that they weren't nearly right. Things can change suddenly.

Very much agree. I think sometimes people misconstrue "in negotiations for", with "have signed".

Transfers are complex procedures with negotiations occurring with multiple parties. At any point people can walk away or amounts can not be agreed upon.

Sometimes people expect ITK's not only to be apart of the negotiations but to be able to influence them.

There have actually been multiple reports from people seeing Benteke at the training ground ready to sign, and the belief is AVB negated it last second because he favored Soldado. While all ITK should indeed be taken with salt, the Willian and Benteke scenarios should not be used to discredit the ITK'ers.
