For all Levys fault he's no mug when it comes to business, we'll be ok ?
If you think any of these CEO's are mugs when it comes to business you'd be wrong. They all know what they are doing Mendes is an expert at what he does though, there is definite reason for concern.

4 right backs if Aurier doesn't leave.

Emerson might be good but that's total over load. Use the money to get Traore.

Refreshing change of pace if so and shows that we're willing to take a hit on wages (and losing the player for nothing next year) while still bringing in our targets. For this who keep moaning about nothing ever changing, I suspect this wouldn't have happened in recent years...

So Aurier with one year left at prime age cant get a move......and people want him integrated into the first team.
It's not because of a lack of quality. He doesn't want to renew his contract. There are probably a few teams that want him but his wages will be too high.

Considering he told us months ago he wanted out, leaving him to rot wouldn't bother me in the slightest IF that's what it comes to.

How we managed to not find any club for Aurier is beyond me

the situation with him must be very difficult

Tottenham are not expected to sign a new striker on transfer deadline day while moves for Wolves Adama Traore or Ruben Neves are deemed unlikely, football.london understands.

Maybe pushing through Emerson is the clubs way of telling Aurier find a move or else you will not be playing football.

I still see Aurier as a last minute deal. Someone like Milan could come in at 10pm and say we'll take him on a loan until the end of his contract and Spurs would take it.

Milan was just the first club to come to mind but there could be many clubs in Italy, Spain, France, Germany that would take Serge if there was no fee involved.

There have been clubs mate, he's turned them down. The feeling is he's trying to get out dirt cheap in order to maximise his own gains.

New tactic: Put all 4 right backs in a tench coat and call them Emerserge Royangangoherty - 4 on the pitch should solve our difficulties on the right hand side
