My friend has met wanyama and also has been told Janssen has been shown around the training ground and really liked the set up. He hasn't heard much since he left.
Also he works for spurs!

i love some legit itk but knowing that the club are keeping it real tight abt these sort of stuff, try not to tell people that you have a friend who works there. im not a tech guru but its always better not to jeopardize your friends career over having to prove to some random internet peeps like this in the open. if you really want to just prove to the mods private. cheers to the info mate

Grey Fox: "Been told to expect a striker next as early as Tuesday/Wednesday next week. Also young keeper being sought"

Things are picking up speed, lovely! (y)

I suppose that Joe Lewis's currency positions are so hedged and complex that euro-denominated offers for players aren't affected by the pound's collapse?

Leaked photos definitely sped up the process of announcing Wanyama, no way would we have announced during the Ref otherwise. They always want maximum exposure. Understandably.

Striker by next Tuesday/Wednesday?
Well, Belgium play Sunday, and you'd expect them to turn Hungary over, so remain in the tournament, which potentially rules out Batshuayi then, as they have declared no transfers during the tournament. Does this tie in with the media stories suggesting we placed bids for Janssen yesterday?

Need back up for Dembele.

We've been linked with this 21YO Algerian. Regarded as one of the best young players in Europe. Starred in the last world cup and has 50 EPL games under his belt.

Would need a pacy direct wide forward to compete for lamelas place especially if Janssen signs

I've heard there's this 22YO Cameroonian that's of interest. Tore up French football the season before last in an all-conquering partnership with Lacazette. Had a few injuries last season, but should be over them. Very direct, very quick.

I'd love that, in theory, but I don't want to gamble on it this season tbh.
I don't see how it is more of a gamble than bringing in someone who doesn't know the league or the system. We know what Bentaleb can do and it is good enough and alot of potential to get better IMO.
