If it is a different name to the one Ali has heard, I will post what I have been told.

Thank fuck for that .... I thought I was the only person on the planet that just didn't see what wilshere brought to the party. I even convinced myself I was wrong and it was spurs blinkers I was wearing.

The WalesOnline stuff seems to have been fairly good so far and they have said that the deal has cooled but not died. Both clubs standing firm for now. Even if we are still interested in Davies it's good negotiating to have other options on the table.

anyway, ali z again: Club has been offered 3 alternatives by agents 2 of them cheaper than Davies, as Storts says Moreno is gettable as well but very expensive. Love to tell you the name of LB that I am excited about but can't as sworn to secrecy.

trix: OK the name I was given was Bastian Oczipka. I don't know much more than his agent is apparently in London and is here because of Bastian. Not sure how many other London clubs are after a LB though so could very well be us.

And does Dier count as homegrown as he's English? We should stay away from buying british based players. Prices are obscene. 25 for lallana, 20 for lovren, 12 for davies, 11 for mccormack. Give me a break. The home grown quota is making these fee's ridiculous. I'd much rather forego the squad places at this rate and just promote youth if we need someone during a game.
