This has been a bit of a weird transfer window - 7 signings, all quality as far as I can see but I still feel like there are three position in the first eleven or just outside it that need addressing (RWB, CB and AM) - based on the ITK I would be surprised if we find solutions to all those issues (or are even looking to) before the end of the window so not sure how to rate it really.

I think it's debatable whether any of those are really first choice:
- we're not signing another RWB
- at CB we have Lenglet, Dier, Romero - I think we'll stick with that given a genuine start isn't available
- and I'm not sure AM is really a thing for Conte - Zaniolo is a forward

So while we're clearly still looking for the right talent, I think the first XI is fairly settled. ITK kind of alludes to that

Out of those I think we only really need to sign a CB - RWB is basically sorted and I don't think Conte is looking to bring an attacking midfielder in - he is looking a rotation player for Kulu.

Love it. I bloody love it. This is the kind of thing that took us from mid-table to the level above.

Signing the likes of Udogie, Gil, this guy - it lays the foundation for succession, and injects talent and young ambition to the squad.

Am really liking that we're doing this kind of thing alongside the bigger name players. Would be chuffed if this came off.

This thread is grim. Endless jokes about our player failing a medical for being fat ??‍ Ok he hasn’t performed as we’d hoped but he’s not fat I’m sure he doesn’t eat loads of shit and he’s a talented footballer who’s struggled in a different league.
leave it at that and get back to the ITK surely

lighten up for crying out loud its a board and some of it can be a bit of piss take not all of its funny and not all of its to everyones taste look at ignore it - but one of the best things about this board is within reason it don't take itself to seriously sure people might get a bit vexed at times but that's the nature of it

Well that's so contradictory I don't know where to start. So, to save your blushes I won't because i'm a fucking nice guy. And well hung. A nice, well hung guy. And good looking. Yeah, i'm a nice, well hung and good looking guy. Allow me to be charitable and just say that I don't feel that you put too much thought into it.

And I also won't mention you casually disregarding the point made in 'people who spend their free time cleaning up'. oops, there. I went and did it. So yeah, you'll forgive me if I say that' from my perspective that's not very "lighten up" worthy.
