He looks a liitle like him, and his age in this photo looks a lot closer to the man in the pic, but the forehead doesn't match up...

Tchoyi and Mandanda look similar to the pic ... one's a free agent and the other has said he wants to play in the prem/has recently been linked with us. Where's JJ lol

Both Tchoyi and Mandanda's cheek bone structure looks completely different to the guy in the pic.

I'm gonna say it's nobody that we want to sign.

You don't agree that he is with the Ivory coast team in Ivory Coast? The World Cup qualifiers are taking place at the moment. Trust me its not Seydou, looks nothing like him except them both being black

very much, especially when footballers are all mostly slighly built and someone who is considered big or muscular in footballing terms is often still lean or small framed compared to "real" guys so in normal clothes and in a real life scenario they might look deceptive (especially in a photo taken from a distance and from an angle) I don't think the photo could be dismissed or proven to be him 100% unless for example there was evidence he was playing in Africa for his country or something

As for him as a player? hmm, seems fast and strong and has a good goal scoring record although I'm a little worried he's only produced in leagues like the Swiss and now Russian (still a big step up to producing in England) and his international record is something like one goal in 19 (less than Zokora?)

Even if it's not him, I reckon that a lot of African players in the Russian League would jump at the opportunity to join an English team what with all the neo-nazis knocking about in eastern Europe.

Been away for a week and am hugely amused to be coming back to a game of 'Guess Who' that's lasted all day. ITK is great especially when it's IDK.

FWIW the guy in the photo has hands like shovels and Doumbia's appear leaner...

He was on the bench for the Ivory Coast vs Tanzania yesterday. However, it was a 17.00 ko. It is feasible that he could have caught a flight at 21.45 and been in London this morning.

As for whether it looks like him, difficult to tell. Maybe Harry has heard good things about Rocket Ronnie and wanted to sound him out about a comeback

The guy who posted the picture has to be the key ( probly laughing himself silly ). If he took the picture he would know if it was Doumbia or not. If he is trust worthy then its probably Doumbia. Any slight doubt and it's a wind up.

I am sure that they guy in the picture is linked to footballers in someway, be it a friend/representative. But its 100% is not Seydou.
