What if they don't?What happens if Kane, dele or Eriksen get injured for a few months?
Who say's we aren't?Aren't we going to try and buy a pacey wide forward who can commit and dribble past players?
Who say's we are?Surely we're not going to go into another cl season with Janssen as the only other centre forward on our books?
We aren't going for the title, just like we weren't last season or the season before.Just replacing someone you've sold, and buying maybe Ross Barkley doesn't say 'we're going for the title'
Real didn't make any waves last year. Miraculously their season turned out ok...ish. That we need to make sweeping changes year upon year is a myth perpetuated by those who benefit most from it.You have to freshen up your first 11, no matter how well it appears to be working.
You base everything on the supposition, not fact. Please don't tell me that you're actually naive enough to think that Levy is going to sit around with his thumb up his arse until the last week of August and panic. It isn't a true or fair reflection of him or the club under his stewardship.
Just because we don't know what is going on, it doesn't actually mean that nothing is going on. Over the last couple of years, it is more and more apparent that we don't leak and this gets spun as inaction. That then generates greater hype about any player linked with the club which in turn generates revenue for the advertisers of the site posting the story.
If you don't think it's true, just as an experiment, anyone who has viewed a story about Spurs on a commercial website or placed a bet on a potential transfer should rate my post 'doh'.
I know I'm probably going to be dismissed as a BSoDL but I run a startup who are trying to work with the club (and many others) and so far Spurs have given no impression that they are lazy, naive or sluggish.
