Best transfer window in years and yet still people complain... The squad is stronger than it's ever been, in practically every position...but yet some arent happy..no matter what the club do they can't do it right... seriously?? Come on..if things were that bad do you think Conte would hang around ... Get a grip ffs.. we're heading in the right direction and the people that matter are on board..

I don't see much happening in all honesty with regards to signings. We've had an entire window to identify and sign players. We ain't doing it with 2 days left. I'm okay with it too.... we must sign players who fit into our strategic vision or where there's a need not just sign for the sake of it.

Also just wanna laugh a little at those who were insistent earlier in the window that Milan had to sell X players to meet financial obligations and that there's a deal to be done on Bastoni closer to the end of the window.

I wonder if the Chelsea result and Gvardiol news has had an impact on this seasons end of transfer window plans.

There's an opportunity to do win some silverware even more than last year what with the squad revamp.

I'm hopeful Conte has continued to convince FP and DL that the time is now!!

Well, I’d like to think that would be the case. Given Conte has publicly stated he wants additional reinforcements, it would seem very odd that we weren’t still pursuing targets.

Hopefully something will emerge tomorrow and we jump all over it. Mostly though, i want Conte feeling satisfied with the support provided thus far. We have backed him to the hilt so far. Any sign that we aren’t willing to go that extra mile, I’m sure Conte will let his dissatisfaction be known.

Fingers crossed that we can lure in one or two more.

As one of ENIC's biggest critics over the years, I'm certainly not going to complain about this window if we make no further acquisitions- whether Gil or other peripheral squad members leave or not.

We got great business done early, and shouldn't panic at the expensive signings of others- whether we feel we're above them in the food chain or not.

Conte-ball is not for everyone I know. I'm the Hoddle (player) generation myself, I long for individual flair. But I'll appreciate his work and our winning football while we have him.

This is the time when you’ll get some opportunistic loans to buy for clubs who cannot shift players. Basically the equivalent of us sending out the likes of Reguillon. Good players who are unwanted in their teams but clubs cannot shift due to fee. You’ll see lots of these doing the rounds today.

Not sure where some of this negativity has come from but it's surprising. We have been organised, gone about our business like a well run club and our squad is now far better than it was.

I've never been told any different. We are still trying to bring players in. How this all pans out now is anyone's guess as there are so many potential eventualities depending on who goes/stays and their position.

I'll be gobsmacked if we don't bring in at least one. But you 100% cannot rule out a 2nd player if everything falls into place.

Let's just sit back and enjoy the last couple of days. Usually at this point, we are running around like headless chickens, being linked with so many names and inevitably failing and leaving the squad short. I do think we are a AM and CB short of giving it a real go, but read Conte's quotes clearly, this isn't something that can all be done in one window.
