Definitely. I kind of feel that, despite the itk buzz, that he's not that high on our list and he's making a play.

It might work for him. But I feel that even with van Gaal most likely United bound, we are probably more interested in FDB. And a cut rate Moyes wouldn't suprise me from Levy. Anybody who can can prosper with no money and fail with tons of it is probably Levy's version of porno.

But remember, my gut feelings are notoriously bad.

I'm sorry, you appear to have been duped by our 'partnership' in assuming we get anything out of it...
And I must say I wholeheartedly disagree with your assertion there's "a lot of shit in the squad". We have a very strong squad. Granted some areas are perceived weaknesses but by no means shit. Our fans have been spoiled by incredible stars in recent years and now have what I perceive as an unwarranted level of expectation of our bare minimum being stellar. If you showed this squad to a fan of 20, 15, even 10 years ago they'd tell you just how lucky we really are!

Totally disagree . If we were very strong we would have challenged arsenal for 4th . We stood no chance and we are way off challenging ... There is at least 4 or 5 positions that have to be filled in first team alone before we even contemplate challenging top 4 .. Center back positions , left back position . Striker position and winger on either side .. Theses positions need serious investment cos what we have is basically shit and that's what they are ... Sorry !! Lennon is joke . Townsend is joke .Rise is joke . Bang average players who will never get us 4th . Dawson is joke and striker position is up for grabs and don t start me on left side / wing and who to play there

Until the stadium is built we wont be spending £27m on anyone, Shaw is simply not going to happen, plus he is a die hard Chelsea fan so give it 2 years we would have a Modric situation on our hands

Far more likely we will go for Cole or/and Lescott to cover LB

Reverse the two 1-0s of this season and we are 4th. That's not a particular big leap to make considering we were arguably the better side in both.

I struggle to see us getting either Lallana or Shaw regardless of whether Pochs come in or not. In the current market I'd expect all teams in the top 5/6 to be competing for 1 or both. There will always be stories when managers come from another club. AVB was Hulk and Moutinho...

I think the exact opposite actually. If Poch was to come in I think we would be in for both and both would be interested for numerous reasons. Firstly, having already shown their qualities under Poch in the PL, we remove an element of gamble to the sizeable investment both would require. Both want to play international football and if you look at our squad, they would be almost guaranteed to comprise our left hand side if we wanted to play 4-3-3. Both of them will realise that Pochetinno gives them their best chance to play at a bigger club. Both will realise we can be used as a stepping stone, and Levy is no real barrier to that, etc.

We were definitely the better side at WHL. Don't see how anyone can argue we were the better side at the Emirates, LLoris kept the score down and we lucky to get away with 1-0.

Unfortunately we are miles away from the gooners again after spending a few years with nothing between us. Sad but true.

Did you know we were the 6th highest earners in the PL, £90m+ in prize money and tv/media money for 2013/2014.. the stadium is really not an issue, we have been faffing around for a few years now, and from what i can gather ( could be wrong) we were looking at investors to carry the large brunt of the funding! thats if we havent already got the investment tied up.

There a rumours in Belgium that Batshuayi has a minimum fee clause of 8 M euros in his contract, although their chairman won't confirm. There has also been speculation that Benfica already agreed terms with Standard and his parents already visited the accomodations of Benfica.
