I imagine so. The only reason I can think of we wouldn't see him would be if he was told it was medically inadvisable. But even then I think we'd all want him to at least walk around the midfield for five minutes and make a couple of passes.

I think Ledley is in Australia (Australia spurs thing) at the time which is a real shame (n)

At the time i was pretty raw about it but its easy to forget these young men have short careers and clearly the Utd move was right for him.

He brought us silverware and European football at a time where both were incredibly rare to us and left the club in a better place than when he joined it. Legend for me.

Some of these it's debatable if they should ever be allowed to set foot in the stadium full stop, let alone get a chance to be out on the pitch kicking the first ball.

I love the fact that Nayim is involved. Definitely not a legend from his time with us, but not many men can say they’ve lobbed seaman from 50 yards.

With Berbatov my attitude has softened over the years. I didn’t like the way he went about leaving, but he was involved in King’s testimonial, and the WHL send off, so he must care about the club.

I can think of no Earthly reason why ‘Chimbomba’ is there, but it doesn’t bother me. Hope he brings his gloves.

Would have loved to see Barmby and Brad, and I hope someone at the club at least asked Maradona to make an appearance. A cameo from the GOAT would have been amazing.

Don't think Messi will be able to play.
I’m one of Messi’s biggest fanboys, but Maradona was a bit better. Not ‘another level’ better, but better.

Messi is easily my favourite player, but Maradona had the talent and a dark side that gave him an edge. The kind of guy who could stroll past ten players or just punch you in the face.
