This has to be it, anything other than this lineup is a huge failing in my mind. You have to respect Conte for wanting to stick to his gameplan but now it's been shown to not work without Kulusevski we need to change it up. If he doesn't realise that I'll start to be a little concerned in all honesty.

I agree but with Kane & Son playing in the formation which suits them best, I'd have Sonny in there every time over Richarlison. You know what they say about class and form.

As Royal is out let's try a different type of wing back who will hopefully exploit the space on the flank at pace.
Son just isn't earning his place at the moment and i'm no longer in the camp of keep playing him until he gets his form back. also I think the three of Richarlison Kane and Son doesn't work well enough so better to go two up front and have Bissouma in to bolster the midfield away at a good passing side.

Don’t really care what 11 plays, let’s go toe to toe and match their brave way of playing without conceding as many as they will. De Zerbi first home game, they will be up for it throwing everything at us and hopefully this will exposed them defensively. We can win this -predict a high scoring draw being safe.

I don't really care who plays, or what formation we play. I just want us to remember how to pass to each other and how to score.
We've been misfiring a bit but we're gonna click soon and that may as well be today.

Yeh Bissouma shielding for me. It allows Bentancur and Hojbjerg to get on the front foot and try to win the ball higher which pulls our defence higher up. That plays to our midfielders strengths and our defenders strengths (as both Romero and Lenglet are great front foot defenders).

I feel guilty but I can't remember the last player I genuinely couldn't stand. I genuinely groan when I hear he's playing. It's weird and I do feel bad but he just drives me mad!
