We have experienced, hard, exciting, tough tackling, uncompromising and skillful midfielders but i dont believe we have a slick one, 'slick' is a nice sounding word for a midfielder so i guess we must need him then. Wonder why Gus thinks he would be in poll if it was between both of us.

The guy use to be pretty dam good from what I remember ,but haven't seen much of him the last couple of seasons.
But the one thing our CM's do lack is that killer pass,someone who can see the pass 10 steps ahead ....like modders could.
Yes we have eriksen and he'll be further upfield I would guess and its always nice to not have to reply on just one person.
The rest of our mids can tackle,simple passing,hold the ball....but none have that killer pass ....and Dembele would be the closest we have atm.

This guy used to play all those killer passes to Soldado right?......If he is available for just that amount as quoted in this article......then it is a real bargain for a real quality player.

Didn't realise him and Bobby had played together before.....so on that basis I think it would be a sensible acquisition, especially at the price quoted.

Yeah, they played together for few years.....Bringing Banega would also help Lamela further (as both are Argentine as with MoPo) to settle.....make them both to settle in N17. With that kind of price if true, i would think it make sense, to move Livermore......and make a few millions too....
