Hi all..
Does anyone have any experience of how strict stubhub are with photo ID check on pick up?
Hoping to have a mates ticket who can't go ,which was purchased on stubhub but in his name and pick up on day. Clearly I can get away with membership card but will have nothing of official substance with photo on and we look nothing like each other...
Any advice welcome and thanks

Yeah, you're not going to be able to do it.

How so ?..can't see online what a list of accepted ID..so could get away with work ID or yearly train ticket

It's a while since I've picked one up, but pretty certain they needed "proper" photo ID (i.e. Driving Licence or Passport).

You'll need whoever bought the ticket to email them and say they can no longer go and change the name. You need proper ID.
