Hi all, went to the game today and had a nightmare with Stubhub, was queuing for the best part of an hour for my ticket. It all seemed a bit of a shambles. I'd advise anybody to leave plenty of time to get your tickets in the next few games while they iron stuff out with it. Cheers. RVS

It's ridiculous with so many fans having access cards they have reverted back to paper tickets.

In previous seasons I have bought a ticket a couple of hours before the game and gone straight in.

Maybe they should send out an StubHub branded access card when you first buy a ticket that you can use in future, not just for Spurs but other events too. Eliminate the need for queues & paper tickets and automate the whole process.

Anyone know how much tickets were going for today in the run up to the match ? I presume the expensive ones dropped sharply before kick-off.

Disgrace ful scenes today as thousands still in queue at ko. Not only do we get ripped off. People miss the game too?

Luckily I went to the vip queue and asked the lady if she would be kind enough to give me my ticket as they were not serving anyone

Massively regretting buying a ticket through StubHub. First and last time. Queued for 1 hour 25 mins and joined queue at 2.45. Some fans (hammered admittedly shouted abuse) so there's strong feeling about the service for sure. Uplift on my ticket was about 6 quid so not horrendous but the service totally fell apart today. WHL marshals clearly weren't enjoying themselves either. Save yourself the hassle (and verbal abuse!) and avoid. Wish I'd have watched in pub. Rarely get to go because of price and was dearly looking forward today. Gutted

I had bought an extra ticket so that a friend could go to the match, with one of our group using it, and he was queuing from 3pm and just made it into the ground with seconds to spare at 3.59!. Not sure how you didn't get your ticket until 4.10 c_jones as you must have been ahead of him?
In any case, it was a shambles and they need to sort it our PDQ!

I saw the queues and wondered what was going on. The person that bought the ticket I put on there never showed up - I wonder if this had anything to do with it.

I am a member but originally couldn't go but last Thurs it became clear that i could and luckily I found a ticket at face.However the distribution was shambolic.I got in at 4.20 from waiting at 3.20 and there were probably 100 people behind me.As a member i see no reason why the ticket couldn't have been put on my card.I also felt like I had done something wrong by being in the queue but this is what the club wanted.Maybe we can get some type of compensation.

I loved the ticket exchange scheme. As a member who can't get to too many games I picked up a few bonus games late before no, was always a chance of missing out but worked well I thought. Not so keen on buying from stubhub though, seems tout related but with a brand.
