Same for Chadli with #22, wore it at Twente. But it's the Spurs way though - being within the last 4-5 teams to confirm numbers. Fashionably late.

Did anyone else clench a fist and give a little 'get in!' when seeing Hugo as No. 1? :D

Surprised Bentaleb hasn't opted for a lower number. Oddly, you could make a very good starting XI out of our 1-11. That must be rare these days!

Ceballos and veljkovic do not get one. Is there an explanation anyone?

Nor Fredericks. Presumably not in Poch's immediate plans, which is a little disappointing after being involved in pre-season, but with the return of the world cup players we do have a bloated squad. Hopefully all three will go on loan rather than rot in the U21s, though for Ceballos it might be time for a permanent move, and with Yedlin lined up Fredericks prospects do no look too rosy.

All rather obvious bar Capoue's decision to switch from 15 to 29 and Chadli from 21 to 22. Hugo takes number 1.

Edit: Capoue was 29 at Toulouse and this was occupied by Livermore when he arrived here. Must be a lucky number of some sort.

Ah right was wondering why capoue was switched from no.15 as seemed very odd!

No.29 for a defensive midfielder looks kinda shit though lol.

And the Chadli switch seemed odd too before your clarification. :)

Glad to see lloris finally getting no. 1 and vorm taking no.13 as satisfies my OCD!

Kane to 18 is also nice and neat and dier getting 15 is a good centre back number if first choices ones not available!
