Know welsh scouts were all over him about a year or so ago but he kept options open, the only other thing I know about him sadly is that about 3 years ago he was insanely good on FM ??

Only that 2 yrs back when in U18 PL , he was Chelsea top scorer ,like 14 goals of 16 games. Then as 17 yr old stepped up to PL2. Been a struggle. But this season, he seems to be up for it again but not getting enough minutes.
Looking at Chelsea fan reaction, they do seem to rate him highly (a year back atleast) so not very happy he is joining us of all teams
