Versatile player. Can play right back, holding midfielder, ball winner. etc He has never been the star of the group but works hard, is a good athlete and has a terrific attitude.Craig obviously has been around for a while and coming through the ranks but this is the first I've heard of Abbot.
Any information on him?
Funnily enough, I have always liked Craig and Abbot. Sell Skipp and promote CraigVersatile player. Can play right back, holding midfielder, ball winner. etc He has never been the star of the group but works hard, is a good athlete and has a terrific attitude.
It there anyone else who was proposed a contract hasn't signed it yet, apart from Moore?Following the U21s relegation this season, I understand up to 10 players from the group are set to be released.

Thanks. If we don't land a head coach and DoF next month, I can see him leaving.Mundle and Jayden Williams.
The ones in blue are tied down to long term contracts. That leaves 10 lads who are probably on the chopping block, plus Mundle who it sadly looks like we'll lose for compensation (presuming he stays in England). I think we could well see the mahority of the lads in blue heading out on loan next year.Following the U21s relegation this season, I understand up to 10 players from the group are set to be released.
I think Mundle has just had enough. From his perspective a fresh contract offer is too little too late. If we wanted him we needed to show him by giving him opportunities. Williams is probably just looking at the logjam ahead of him - Parrott, Scarlett, Soonsup-Bell as well as Donley and Lankshear and thinking that he's probably better off elsewhere where he might actually be first choice and stand a decent chance at getting on the first team bench. Our development plan for these lads is a complete joke.Thanks. If we don't land a head coach and DoF next month, I can see him leaving.

With a big influx of players from the Academy and dropping a tier it makes sense to clear the decks. Bowden and Lyons-Foster would probably have left before now if not for injuries. If they stay injury free they should have decent careers. Fagan-Walcott should have suitors and Cesay will have a professional career somewhere. Muir, Robson and Mathurin have not kicked on as expected (at least Burnett doesn’t seem to have fancied them). Injuries have played a part, as they have with Casanova who has barely got started at U21 level. The ones in blue are tied down to long term contracts. First one I’ve had confirmed -Following the U21s relegation this season, I understand up to 10 players from the group are set to be released.
I’ve got Nile John as being out of contract this summer. The ones in blue are tied down to long term contracts. First one I’ve had confirmed -
Skipp is much better than anyone gives him credit for, one of our only players that effectively scans and plays with his head up. Surprised you are willing to write him offFunnily enough, I have always liked Craig and Abbot. Sell Skipp and promote Craig
I understand, but I believe he can be sold. Craig imho has a higher ceiling. My opinion ofcourse.Skipp is much better than anyone gives him credit for, one of our only players that effectively scans and plays with his head up. Surprised you are willing to write him off
