He certainly needs to show leadership. However, he must also show judgement and decide whether it is Poch who must go or the troublesome players. Something must change.

Since when does a chairman change an entire squad of players? Let alone in favour of a manager who has shown no ability to win trophies and seems tactically deficient and keeps openly threatening to leave the club?

That first half performance was utterly and depressingly predictable given the team put out and our recent form

We have basically reverted to hoping that Toby or Aurier hits a wonder cross. Because we don't seem to able to play through a settled defence - and it's all to familiar. We've seen this before and we've usually been bailed out by Eriksen, Son or Kane.

None of the front three are doing anything to move their back five. Alli and Lucas need to play a bit wider and more down the side of the CBs and Kane needs to stop doing an impression of a scarecrow.

Our fullbacks are terrible, we do some reasonably decent moves in the middle, a few interchanges with Moura and Dele but then the players who need to provide the width let us down big time.
