(Outfield) Team I'd have gone for, bar the centre backs.

As I said in the choose your team thread, hope to see Alli and Lamela central alternating between the nominal 9 and 10 roles with Son and Moura stationed for longer spells on either flank. Time to try something a bit different.

Kept the Lloris comeback quiet. Possible argument to ease him back in at the weekend in the cup, I'm guessing with an injury like he had the mental aspect is the biggest thing to overcome, but then you'd assume he's been getting fully worked out in training and they haven't held back physically etc. against him so he's ready to go.

Jose must have sussed Norwich after the Christmas fixture. I trust he will set up the team to win this eminently winnable game. Any fuck up between here and full time is on the player(s).

Why I'm not sure about Lloris? Maybe because he hasn't played a game in over three months?
Confidence is important for a keeper, and that is something that must be built up. He should have had a run of games in the reserves before starting again.
Sorry I didn’t make it clearer, I agree with you I meant why the fuck is he playing, he’s a good shot stopper but I hope he doesn’t start that tippy tappy in his own box shite and every time there’s a cross he always seems to punch it to the opposition instead of catching it, I hope we put this one to bed early as I feel there’s a clanger waiting to happen every time he plays

I'll bring some of this gin, it's that strong and the chainsaw. Sorry to hear that, geezer.
Yeah, his younger brother is a little psycho but unfortunately, he can be a bit of a wimp.
At least me and the ex are on the same page this time and communicating well about it.
I've got them this weekend, so will spend the time teaching him how to hurt a bully.
I think I've, kind of, got permission from his mum to do this!

I think against inferior teams at home I prefer sess left back
Perhaps the Sessegnon of reputation, but not the one we’ve seen so far. He has played extremely conservatively, even timidly, with his defending broadly ok and his attacking not really happening at all. He won’t take on his man and he won’t release the ball, except for a short pass back into midfield.

The knowledge on here sometimes amazes me.
You should be on Jose's speed dial.
