They are at as level where they could go down, but they will be kept up by the three below them not being able to capitalise.
Bottom two are definitely down but I’d trust Burnley more than these.

I don't want to be the guy who uses the old quality of the opposition caveat... but Everton have been worse than Leeds. They could seriously go down at this rate.

sometimes I wish we were more clinical, we just need the confidence to keep attacking

I’d say our front 3 have been extremely clinical. If anything just shows the gulf in class between some of our players and others. Been quite frustrating stuff in our own half, but the front 3, Bentancur and Doherty were quality.

Agree but only Allan and DCL would get in ours

Yeah but can only play what’s in front of you. Everyone is raving about arsenal after a 3-2 win against Watford who are lower than Everton

Is it just my TV or have the crowd been crap? Pipe up, we’re winning 3-0.
They’ve been fine however too loud and anxious when we’ve had the ball deep in our own half trying to build out. Like chill out. My biggest pet peeve in football is when a home crowd does anything other than support their team. Playing amazing or shit, getting on the backs of players does nothing but harm the team.

Not prepared to give Sessignon anymore time. He's just shit
You're getting downvoted to hell because he's not been awful but I think everyone needs to at least admit he's not been great either. He's given up possession in positions where he really shouldn't be and they've usually been avoidable too.

So nice to have Bentancur back. Such a lovely touch on the ball. Almost Berbatov esque.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Seems to be able to play at his own pace, which is always pleasing on the eye.

Will still get be liable to be caught out occasionally against better opposition until he gets used to the PL, but he’s instantly become our best midfielder on the ball ( although that’s not difficult really).

Everton completely playing into our hands. Even when their press catches us out they don’t have the quality to hurt us and when it doesn’t work we are cutting them open easily.

Can see why they are down near the bottom.

Bentancur just oozes quality, really looks like we have got ourselves a player
Absolutely love him. There was a 10 second period where he received the ball, passed it first time to the defender, got it back first tike, passed it again first time and then got it back again first time. It sounds silly but a quick 10 second period of play like that just breathes confidence throughout the team. Not trying to out other players but certain other players would receive the first ball and hold on to it swiveling back and forth looking to play a pass and killing all confidence and momentum. I know its tiny but these tiny things really make a huge difference

Only thing of note for me, that I don't like is the fannying around with the ball at the back at times. Needs more practice as against a pressing side it looks laboured. That's being ultra critical.

Everything else has been much, much better. They haven't looked like scoring at all.

It's them or Leeds for the drop at this rate. And Leeds have the new manager whose already made them look better at the back.
