We just don't do nice, controlled, easy football do we? We're just a batshit mental football club.

Oh well, back to the beer...

Entitled Spurs fans

Disappointed Spurs fans. We had a massive cushion that became eroded and only a fool wouldn't realise we finished top four because our rivals have also fallen way short, including Chelsea who finished above us.

The swings:

City: - 4pts
Liverpool: - 20pts
Chelsea: - 8pts
Arsenal: - 13pts
Utd + 9pts

Utd have had a disasterous season but we've also had a poor one in terms of being over taken by two teams and Arsenal have caught up with us massively. Really need Arsenal not to win the Europa League.

Disappointing end to the season but job done. Champions League qualification all that matters and a final to look forward to. A lot of work to be done before the next Premier League game though.

The most important work would be ‘loosening the purse strings’

Or pissed off bindippers, looking to get some form of revenge before their vacation.
Absolutely, they will be anything but demoralised by the time the CL final comes around. They will be really up for this and desperate to end this season with silverware. We will have to be at the top of our game and then some...I'm not saying it's not impossible but we will have to put in a bloody shift at least the equivalent to the second half performance we turned on against Ajax and we have to be that good for the entire game mins plus injury time and extra time if needed, make no mistake about that. Do that and we have every chance, anything less than that and it won't end well !

Yep, all we can hope for is there's a little added pressure to get the trophy having missed out on title.

The players are knackered. It's been a long season. At least we have 3 weeks off now so no excuses on 1st June

Fucking hell, Sissoko should of had player of the season.

He's been our most CONSISTENT performer.

That really is poor for him to not receive that accolade.

People voting for their favourite player regardless is really fucking disappointing.

come on Leicester, get a goal for us - help us out 1 last time this season :)
I think we can forgive them for not obliging, their trouncing of Arsenal a couple of weeks ago when we look at the final points tally means they have done more than enough as far as I'm concerned....

Most improved player certainly, but he’s hardly a clear cut choice for POTY. Son has scored decisive goals throughout the year, Sissoko, for as great as he’s been, hasn’t scored any.
