Nah, I've enough bollocks going on in life to depress myself further than imagining i come from LancashireImagine being a Burnley fan...travelling all that way down to London, sitting in the pissing rain in about 3 degrees all afternoon, and not even seeing a shot on target.

Nice one, you geriatric fuck. ****.Burnley will win this
Dele, Rose and Kane had me with the time wasting they employed towards the end.
Exactly. There's simply no imagination or ambition in playing like that. It's easy to tell your players to time waste, it's easy to tell them to sit deep, its easy to tell them to make niggly fouls and hit teams. What isn't easy is coaching movement, passing methods and cohesive attacking play. There's nothing brave or new about what Dyche does and it's why he'll not be taken on buy a bigger club.I don't buy that argument.
Bournemouth, who have arguably the least resources in the league, play an open brand of football and have done just fine in the Prem for years.
The problem is that too many managers choose the safe, boring option of sticking 11 men behind the ball and time wasting at every opportunity, because they don't have the tactical ability to do anything else. Hence my admiration for Eddie Howe.
You truly are a paragon. A titan of truth. An inspiration for all men. We bow down before your sooth saying; your unparalleled honesty....So many rose tinted glasses out there. I see that honesty does not prevail here, but who cares. I say it as I see it.

Doesn't matter to me mate we ground out a win which is what title challenging team's do so fuck them.Imagine being a Burnley fan...travelling all that way down to London, sitting in the pissing rain in about 3 degrees all afternoon, and not even seeing a shot on target.
Wasn't there and haven't seen the game yet. I listened on 5 Live and have only watched stream of Eriksen goal.
Kudos to the fans who made it there. I know the Wembley atmosphere is getting neg rep now but it's hard on the fans who do go, and the players, to get 'up for it' on a cold day, pissing with rain, against an opponent that gets 11 men behind the ball and time wastes throughout. Justice was finally done and I hope every fan there enjoyed the moment.
I wonder if, when our opening fixture at new stadium is confirmed, suddenly Wembley becomes a bit more exciting again? The final countdown to the national stadium finishing as our rented accommodation and us moving home at last. Especially if we can grind out wins over Christmas and New Year and still be in a great position as we play our final 'home' match at Wembley. I suspect that will be one party atmosphere.
