Really glad this is happening again - the mid-season break seemed to do wonders for the squad last year, giving them a rest somewhere a lot warmer than here and a bit of bonding time.

I think a chance to take stock of where the team is at will be useful too. It's been so busy sometimes you wonder when they get the chance to look back and reflect - end of season when everyone goes their own way and/or has a miserable time playing for England does not offer the same opportunity.

Let's hope the boys get a lot out of their break!
