When you think about some of the advantages all of these clubs have had in this list (oil money, hugely successful at the time of the influx of money) then this is seriously remarkable.

Gives you an indication that we aren't going anywhere for a long while and once we fully transition into the stadium will be a hugely attractive team for players, coaches, fans, as well as other enterprises and associates.

True, however, some european clubs will say the same about us (all english clubs) and our bloated tv deals

Probably worth pointing out that this is how much the club is worth (i.e. how much it would cost to buy the club), not how much money the club has, before people jump on this and expect us to be spending the same as the likes of PSG on transfers and wages.

Mind you it's also worth pointing out this is based on figures from 2014/15 and 2015/16 so I expect our efforts this year and the fact we are closer to the new stadium have added a few more pounds onto our enterprise value.

Somewhere in a portacabin in North London, a small but powerful bald man is sitting in a very large leather chair (his feet cant quite touch the floor), smiling and stroking a very large pussy, called "Yids".....

Wasn't there a different report recently that valued us as the second most valuable club in England after city? And another one back in January that put us top?
This one goes a step further and has us as the 2nd most valuable club in Europe after city when comparing the cost v worth differential. However it is actually just looking at player value.

I guess it all depends on the criteria being used to determine value and the credibility of whoever is crunching the numbers. KPMG obviously carry a lot more clout than some university professor.
