Yeh, I get that. But then you get docs like sunderland till I die, which had the intent to promote the club and board but actually in the board and sometimes the management, particularly in transfer dealings, doesn't come across well! They'd hardly have agreed to do it in the first place if they didn't.
Isn‘t it?! WOW! Still sending chills down my spine right now. The editing of the trailer may be brilliant, but Mourinho behind the usual camera we have seen has so much more to offer than we could have imagined!Fucking hell that gave me the goosebumps!
I think most, at least myself knew that Jose is a good person for so many reasons, you can just see how he talks, but for me it’s all about the football being played.
I mean this is the thing though. This is all about trying to attract people who may not even be fully into football into spurs fans. Sunderland till I die had a really good effect in that way. It being on Amazon though, I'm not sure to what extent it would work.I doubt very much this is going to show anyone at the club in a negative light. Certainly nobody who’s still here.
However, I doubt it will sway existing thoughts people have about our staff and players. If you don’t like José or Levy and either are seen healing the sick or giving £10m to charity, it’ll be because the cameras were on them. It may make oppo fans despise us slightly less, or convert a few newcomers to the game, otherwise it’ll make no difference to Spurs fans perceptions.
Indeed, for all the difficulties since Poch has come you can never criticise our players for not caring. They are a good bunch really. I hope this documentary will allow fans to better connect with them too.Really looking forward to watching it, though imagine some bits are going to be a bit painful to repeat. Pleasing to see from the trailer that the players actually seem to care about it.
