Apart from Ade, you have to say that Bentaleb, Eriksen and Chadli looks great today. With Jan at the back and Sandro in there we've got a chance to claw our way to the top 4
I still think my assessment is valid - it just worked out for us today.Or tactically sound?
To be fair we should of won that about 5-2.
Why? I'm saying that if AVB had put out a team today that came away with a win, it wouldn't have been by more than the one goal margin that Sherwood achieved: either 0-1 or 1-2 IMO. You don't have to agree, but what's not to understand?First part makes zero sense.
Id like to think that was a Sherwood masterstroke...Is it any coincidence that when we play our best attacking players (Eriksen, Soldado, Lamela, Adebayor) that we win?
AVB hadn't started Eriksen, Soldado and Lamela together all season and Adebayor had only played on half of football. Like I said a while back, his personnel decisions cost him his job and rightfully so.
Ade speaking a new language in his interview.
Yes the points dropped to Newcastle West Ham and Man Utd at home have been very costlyhoScored.com @WhoScored3m
Tottenham: Have won more points away from home than any other team in the Premier League this season (19) #THFC
WOW!
Bollocks. We have been struggling against shit teams this season, and Southampton aren't shit - they're a GOOD TEAM and we beat them at their ground and should've beaten them by more if chances were taken and we hadn't made a few defensive and comms errors at the back. What is this excitement sensation I was feeling?
a good team would have cut us to ribbons but fair play to Sherwood. Big win.
bentaleb looked promising.
Since when was Bentaleb so good? Controlled the middle of the field when he came on, and made Dembélé look like a chump.
First part makes zero sense.
You can win the passingHow else can you win?
